
In this video I show how I was able to get a Milwaukee battery that had be sitting a long time and as a result would not charge, to accept a full charge again. This was done on 3 Milwaukee 2.4 Ah 18 volt batteries and all 3 are able to complete the full charge cycle. Using a standard 9 volt household battery to transfer power to the 18 volt battery I made a connection and the 9 volt battery gave a small amount of power to the battery pack so that the charger was able to function properly. I don't know if this will work with other brands like DeWalt Ryobi Makita Black and Decker Craftsman Ridgid Bosch Hitachi Porter-Cable skil but it might be worth a try.
