In this episode, IBN Network Editor-in-Chief Rajdeep Sardesai talks to former chairman of Tata Sons Ratan Tata and former Indian cricket captain Kapil Dev. On the show, Ratan Tata says that in industrial environment you get gazed on the performance several years later. A good leader is the one who leads from the front; is assertive and authoritative; puts his life and reputation on the line and becomes a role model that everyone follows. As an advice to the youth he says, that one should be proud of being an Indian and support what they believe is right. Kapil says that once you are established the expectation goes high and so does the pressure on the cricket field. According to him a leader is the one who gives the credit to his team at the time of winning and takes the blame when the team is losing. One piece of advice he gives to the youth of Country is never lie to yourself.
