CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD - HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CESAR SALAD W/ WICKED PENNY
SUPER SIMPLE SUPER EASY DRESSING RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Lemon juice (i used real lemon in the plastic lemon)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ( i forgot this UGH, i knew the taste wasn't right when I went off camera, LOL )
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp anchovy paste ( I left this out on purpose) LOL, but you may like the recipe with it in
1/2 cup Parmesan
Mix everything thoroughly taste, and add more salt to your taste if needed
SALAD INGREDIENTS:
One bunch of Romaine Lettuce washed well and patted dry.
1/2 cup chicken, shredded, cubed or however you like
1/2 cup croutons
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Enough dressing to coat salad to your liking
I sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese once plated
If you use a bottled dressing you can see how easy it is to prepare a nice Cesar salad for Dinner or Lunch. Don't wait to go out to a restaurant, you can do it yourself.
